Mademoiselle Paris is a family owned restaurant Established in 2016
Mademoiselle Paris is an authentic French restaurant and bakery proudly owned by Jean and Myriam Dandonneau.
With locations in UTC Sarasota, Anna Maria Island, and Downtown Sarasota (Main Street), Mademoiselle Paris combines the charm of a Parisian bakery with the comfort of a classic French bistro.
We are open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner (dinner service coming soon to our Main Street Sarasota location).
All our pastries, breads, and viennoiseries are freshly baked every morning by our talented team. Our pastry chef, David, creates signature French desserts such as Opéra, Black Forest, and Napoléon, using time-honored techniques and the finest ingredients.
We are committed to quality and authenticity — all dairy products, meats, and produce come from local farms through our trusted partner Southern Deli. Our fish are wild-caught, never farm-raised. We also use organic products whenever possible, including honey, maple syrup, buckwheat flour, and ketchup, and we continue to expand our organic offerings.
Under the direction of Chef Arnaud Wallet, our kitchen offers a wide range of traditional French dishes, including mussels with fries, beef bourguignon, foie gras, escargots, and many more.
Enjoy your meal indoors or on our sunny patio, with a fine selection of French wines and local beers.
For your special occasions, we also offer on-site catering and private event services throughout the Sarasota–Bradenton area, bringing the flavors of France to your next celebration.

OUR STORY
We came from Paris, France, seven years ago to make our dream come true — opening Mademoiselle Paris, an authentic French restaurant and bakery in Florida.
Before beginning this adventure, we were both engineers in computer science in France, but our true passion has always been food and hospitality. Jean’s grandfather was a French chef at the Château de Chamarande, and from him came the love of traditional cuisine and craftsmanship.
Our passion for gastronomy has guided us throughout our lives. We’ve had the privilege of dining in some of France’s finest Michelin-starred restaurants, and even our wedding was created by two Michelin-star chefs — Thierry Marxand Jean-Luc Rocha, Meilleur Ouvrier de France and Executive Chef at Château Cordeillan-Bages in Pauillac.
The best way to make our dream of living in Florida come true was to invest in something we love — authentic French cuisine. That’s how Mademoiselle Paris was born.
