Credit card is required to make a reservation. Reservations are only confirmed after the credit card number is collected.

 

Cancellation must be made in advance in writing via email at info@mademoiselleparis.com, no later than 48 hours prior to the event date. 

If cancelled up 48 hours before the event date, no fee will be charged

If cancelled later, 45 % of price of the event will be charged on the day of the event and is not refundable. 

In case of no show, the entire price of the event will be charge and is not refundable. 

 

Refunds will be submitted to our accounting department within (7) seven business days after cancellation letter is received. Refund credit time varies depending on the credit card.

All reservations made 48 hours prior to the event date  are considered final and confirmed, no refunds will be issued in case of cancellation or no show.

Walk-outs will be considered no-shows and do not qualify for any refunds.

Reservations will be considered no-shows if late by 30 minutes or more. The restaurant is not obligated to hold the table. The restaurant reserves the right to use the table for walk-ins or wait list reservations.
